With his signature philosophy, Every Day is Game Day , Almon is a nationally recognized speaker, high-performance coach, author, and former world-class sprinter who has empowered thousands to lead with purpose, discipline, and resilience.
A proud graduate of Florida State University (FSU), Almon was a standout member of the Seminoles’ track and field team, specializing in the 100- and 200-meter events. His explosive speed and relentless work ethic carried him to the global stage, where he became a two-time U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier and a Nike-sponsored athlete, once ranked the 13th fastest man in the world in the 100 meters.
Today, he channels that same mental toughness, discipline, and competitive edge into building winners—in business, athletics, and life. Almon has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, school districts, and athletic organizations to deliver transformational programs that sharpen mindset, build leadership, and ignite performance. His clients include Thomson Reuters, MannKind Corporation, Orlando Magic, Express Scripts, and hundreds of elite collegiate and professional athletes across the NFL, MLB, and NWSL.
In addition to leading AGE3, Almon is the Co-founder of TAM, a nonprofit organization also known as The Academy of Mentoring. TAM was created to turn leadership into legacy by building bridges between experience and aspiration. At its core, TAM’s mission is simple but powerful: to pour experience, wisdom, insight, and encouragement into the next generation so they can dream bigger, lead better, and live fuller.
Almon is also the author of six books, host of the Every Day is Game Day podcast, and founder of the AGE3 apparel line.
