AGE3, LLC continues its mission of developing well-rounded student-athletes by delivering character-centered training focused on sportsmanship, discipline, and personal accountability.

Through partnerships with schools and athletic programs, including St. Pete Catholic High School, AGE3 works directly with student-athletes to develop the habits that define success beyond competition. Training emphasizes mindset, respect, preparation, and competing with integrity—especially when no one is watching.

Rather than focusing solely on performance metrics, AGE3 training addresses the habits and decisions that shape long-term success. Athletes are challenged to think critically about leadership, responsibility, and how their actions impact teammates, coaches, and their broader community.

Programs like this are designed to support coaches and administrators by creating a shared language around character development and expectations—helping teams build consistency, trust, and a culture that lasts.
