Making Every One of Life’s 1,440 Minutes Count

Tampa, FL — Back on familiar ground at the University of South Florida, Almon Gunter delivered an energetic and heartfelt message to students in a Media Planning class taught by Ronda Clement, MBA, CCMP. Gunter encouraged students to think deeply about how they spend their time, emphasizing that every single day offers only 1,440 minutes, which need to be lived with purpose and intention.

"Every minute matters and you can't get the time back, so you need to be intentional with your thoughts and actions; the game of life is played daily, and the winners are built in the everyday reps," Gunter explained.
Known for his high-energy messages and approaches to personal growth, Gunter opened the students' eyes, by reminding them that the 4 years they spend attending the university, will set them up for the next 40.

Joining Almon were his business partner, John-Michael Castillo, Ashlyn Kane, a former D1 athlete from Mississippi State University, and Charles Reid, an arena football standout. With the help of their experiences and perspectives, Almon's message was amplified by enforcing just how important discipline, focus, and mental toughness really are.

Highlights from the segment include:
🔸Keynote: The importance of every 1,440 minutes and how to maximize every day
🔸Background and key insights into Almon's newest book "Mind Over Matter"
🔸Coach's Corner: Live Q&A with Almon and John-Michael
