Keystone Heights, FL — Almon Gunter, Founder and CEO of AGE3, LLC, continues to ignite a movement of mental toughness and leadership that reaches far beyond the field. Through youth mentorship, sports camps, and his signature Every Day Is Game Day (EDIGD) philosophy, Gunter is helping young athletes build not just strong bodies but strong minds and unshakable character.

This season, Gunter partnered with Coach John Michael Castillo to host a Christian-based Youth Basketball Camp in Keystone Heights, Florida — an experience designed to teach athletes how faith and discipline translate into leadership and life success. Throughout the camp, players were challenged to push past comfort, think with intention, and lead with heart.

“Don’t just train your body,” Gunter reminded the campers. “Train your mind to believe, persist, and lead.” That core message — anchored in belief and consistency — drives the AGE3 mission to develop mental resilience and spiritual grounding in the next generation of leaders.

Each athlete left the camp not only improved on the court but also transformed in perspective — learning that champions are built from the inside out. By combining competitive training with faith-based mentorship and personal growth, AGE3 continues to empower youth to rise above obstacles and live with purpose.

Through his workshops, corporate training programs, and the AGE3 Podcast, Gunter extends the same message to leaders, educators, and professionals nationwide: you don’t rise to the occasion — you rise to your level of consistency.
