When it's all said and done, where you end up is going to be based on the information you received and the decisions that you made. Success takes what it takes. No one is able to remove certain parts of it and still be successful. So, for me the principles of getting people to be inspired and stay inspired, they don't change. It's about making a connection. It's gonna take hard work and it's never not gonna take hard work.
We have to be straight forward and we have to roll up our sleeves. Get the big lunch pail, the gray one, not a pretty one, a gray one. And we have to be willing to just work. I don't do mediocrity real well. I like winning. I LOVE winning. I think it's the best feeling in the world.
And I think that most people don't know how to be an advocate for their life. They're sitting back waiting for things to happen, instead of making things happen. And I'm not gonna let you off the hook. I think that we all have greatness in us. And so for me, it's how do I help people find theirs. How do I maximize the potential in every person that comes within my reach.
That's why I focus so much on helping people with their foundation and understanding their value. So, it is worth it. This is what we're put here to do - to serve others and to help other be the best that they can be.
You know, when you have those old school values, 9 times out of 10, you're serving people. You understand that that's the most important thing because it's about bringing out the best of individuals. One size don't fit all, it doesn't fit all. As human beings, we all need something a little different. But that is the beauty of being human. But once you find that little difference that you need and you really work it - now you become a special human being.
And So I just keep trying to make sure I keep giving the right information for people to be successful. There's a lot of possibilities out there. So, we're changing the world. It's already done.
I'm Almon Gunter. What do you want your outcome to be?
