Step 1
Mentoring: Leadership To Legacy – First, we suggest you start with Almon Gunter’s book titled “Mentoring: Leadership To Legacy.” This is the handbook for all things mentoring. This is your guide and where it all starts. If you haven’t already read it, you’ll want to grab it now.
Step 2
MenToring Course – Enroll in this FREE course on the Mentoring Village Platform (MVP) page. This course will walk you through tools, techniques and best practices for your mentoring sessions.
Step 3
Join MVP Calls – During your MenTor/Tee journey, collaborate and ask questions on the MVP Forum page. This is a wonderful resource where you can questions of your mentor peers and the TAM team. Get answers and input from the Village.
