At The Academy of Mentoring, we help people looking for some guidance, perspective and support as they make education, career and even life decisions connect with mentors with experience and wisdom to share.

• As a TAM menteer, you will have multiple monthly opportunities to meet with Almon and John-Michael as they lead learning sessions, exercises and thought-provoking discussions on a wide range of topics focusing on mentoring, coaching, talent development and leadership.
• All mentees will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, celebrate progress made with your mentors, and even discuss any topics that may help you in your journey with your mentor.
• These sessions will be part training and part group discussion. Mentees are encouraged to attend at least one session a month to learn, share and grow. Mentee discussions will be held multiple times each month to accommodate schedules and time zones.
• Mentees are encouraged to read the book “Mentoring: Leadership to Legacy” and the companion workbook as this is the toolkit you will be using as their operating system for all mentoring sessions. This ensures that both mentor and mentee know what to expect, and what is expected of them to get the most value out of mentoring sessions.
• TAM will also provide a more structured Mentoring Certification Program for those interested in super-charging their leadership, coaching and mentoring skills which has wide application in both personal and professional settings.
