John-Michael brings over three decades of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and operational senior leadership building and leading global learning development and delivery organizations from the ground up. He has held successful leadership roles at some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Amazon and Microsoft, where he helped scale training solutions, drive performance improvement, and align learning strategies with global business objectives.

Widely recognized for his expertise in curriculum development and training delivery across all major formats including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs, John-Michael has built and led high-performing teams that consistently deliver transformative, results-driven learning experiences.

His cross-functional background spans technology, sales enablement, mentoring, leadership development, project management, and media production allowing him to bridge the gap between education and enterprise growth with clarity and precision. John-Michael’s approach is both strategic and human-centered, integrating hard and soft skills development with quality assurance, performance analysis, and a deep commitment to learner experience and growth.
