How does TAM work?
We match seasoned professionals with ambitious young adults hungry for guidance and growth so that THEY can also lift as they climb. One call a month can change a life. Mentees will have read the book “Mentoring: Leadership to Legacy”, and will come prepared to all sessions using the tools and structure they will have learned. Mentors just need to come with an open mind, a listening ear, and heart for giving an supporting their mentee’s growth and development.
