About Almon Gunter

From World-Class Speed to World-Class Impact.

Almon Gunter knows what it takes to perform when the pressure is real.

As a two-time U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier and former world-class sprinter, Almon competed among the fastest athletes in the world in the 200 meters. That level of competition shaped more than his athletic career — it shaped his understanding of preparation, discipline, focus, and mental toughness.

The Experience Behind the Message

For more than 25 years, Almon has taken the lessons learned from elite competition and applied them to leadership, culture, mentoring, and personal performance.

Through AGE3, he has worked with leaders, teams, athletes, universities, and major organizations to help people raise their standard and perform with greater purpose.

A Voice That Connects Sports, Business, and Life

Almon’s strength is his ability to translate high-performance principles into real-world action. His message is clear, direct, practical, and built for people who are ready to grow.

Whether speaking to executives, athletes, students, coaches, or teams, Almon helps people understand that success is not about one big moment. It is about the habits, decisions, and standards built every day.

Author. Mentor. Coach. Builder of People.

Almon is the author of six leadership and performance books that reflect the core principles of his work: focus, teamwork, leadership, mentoring, culture, and mental toughness.

His work is rooted in practical application. He gives audiences language, tools, and frameworks they can use long after the event, workshop, or conversation ends.

Championship Habits Create Championship Results.

Almon’s message is built on discipline, preparation, accountability, and the daily habits required to perform at a high level consistently.

Every Day Is Game Day.

That philosophy drives everything Almon teaches. Performance is not something you turn on when the spotlight hits. It is built through discipline, preparation, character, and consistency when no one is watching.
